1 General Provisions

• Welcome bonus: 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳10,000. The total of the bonus and deposit amount must be wagered 10 times before withdrawal.
• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period. The bonus is cancelled after the period expires.
• Multiple promotional offers cannot be used at the same time unless specifically stated.
• Opening multiple accounts or coordinating with family members for the purpose of obtaining bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• VIP programme benefits (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum) apply only to eligible members.
• ee999 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Misuse of bonuses or taking advantage of any errors may result in account closure.

6 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all types of betting and gaming activity on ee999:

• Once a bet is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless the platform has a specific "Cash Out" or cancellation option available.
• Games or bets affected by a technical error may be declared void and stakes will be returned.
• In sports betting, if an event is cancelled, stakes are generally returned.

• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts.

• Coordinating with other members to gain an unfair advantage (collusion).
• Opening an account for a minor or allowing a minor to use one.
• Filing a false chargeback against ee999.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

ee999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause in these terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information.
• The account remaining inactive for an extended period.
• At the member's own request (Self-Exclusion).
• For legal or regulatory reasons.

You may close your account at any time. It is advised that you withdraw all valid balances before closing your account. After account closure, records of previous transactions will be retained in accordance with applicable law.

9 Limitation of Liability

ee999's liability is limited in the following matters:

• Any loss caused by internet disconnection or technical errors.
• Issues arising from the failure of third-party services (payment gateways, game providers).
• Loss resulting from your account being used by an unauthorised person.
• Any loss arising from the user's own negligence or violation of these terms.
