Deposits and Withdrawals
ee999 currently supports three methods — bKash, Nagad and Rocket. All three are the most widely used mobile banking services in Bangladesh, so you can deposit quickly and securely from any smartphone. More methods may be added in the future — check the site for the latest information.
Deposits via bKash, Nagad or Rocket are generally credited instantly or within a few minutes. If there is a delay for any reason, contact support with your transaction receipt number. Minor delays can occur during network issues, but these are generally no longer than 15 minutes.
The minimum deposit at ee999 is ৳200 (the same for every method). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. There are no hidden charges in either case. Before withdrawing a large amount, make sure your account verification is complete.
Approved withdrawals generally reach your bKash, Nagad or Rocket account within 10 to 45 minutes. It may take slightly longer during busy periods or if verification is required. If more than 45 minutes have passed, contact live support directly.
ee999 does not charge any transaction fees of its own. However, bKash, Nagad or Rocket may apply their own service charges — that is part of the mobile banking operator's own policy. Check the charge details in the relevant app before depositing or withdrawing.

Games and Rules
To bet on BPL or any cricket match, first deposit funds into your account, then go to the cricket section and choose the match and market you want (match winner, toss, top batter, etc.). Odds for each bet update in real time. With live betting, you can also place bets while the match is in progress. Confirm the amount before placing your bet.
The slots section at ee999 has hundreds of popular slots including PG Soft's Fortune Tiger, Mahjong Ways and Wild Bandito; Pragmatic Play's Gates of Olympus and Sweet Bonanza; and JILI's Fortune Gems and Golden Empire. RTP (Return to Player) is the average percentage of total bets that a game is expected to return to players over the long term. For example, a 96% RTP means that for every ৳100 wagered, an average of ৳96 is expected to be returned as winnings — however, each round is completely random. Games at ee999 use certified RNG from recognised providers.
Yes, ee999 is fully mobile-responsive. Access the site from the browser on any Android or iOS smartphone — no separate app download is needed. All sections including slots, live casino and sports betting run smoothly on mobile. You will get the best experience on a fast internet connection.

Bonuses and Promotions
New members receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit of up to ৳10,000. Example: depositing ৳5,000 will add an extra ৳6,000 in bonus funds. To withdraw the bonus amount, you must wager 10 times the total (deposit + bonus). The bonus balance becomes withdrawable only after the requirement is met.
Say you deposit ৳2,000 and receive ৳2,400 with a 120% bonus. Your total balance is ৳4,400. A 10x wagering requirement means you must complete bets totalling ৳4,400 × 10 = ৳44,000. Once this requirement is met, your full balance becomes withdrawable. Bets placed across various games count toward this requirement.
ee999's VIP program has four levels — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. You move up to a higher level automatically through regular play and deposits. Weekly cashback is available at each level — up to 0.4% at Bronze, 0.8% at Silver, 1.1% at Gold and 1.5% at Platinum. Additional benefits are also available at higher levels.
As part of the VIP program, ee999 provides eligible players with cashback at a set percentage on net losses at the end of each week. The cashback amount depends on your VIP level. It is added directly to your account and can be used the following week. See the promotions page for full details.
Bets placed on Spribe's Aviator game are generally counted toward wagering requirements, but this depends on the specific terms of the bonus. Read the terms of each offer carefully before claiming a bonus, or ask support. Having accurate information will make your strategy more effective.
